Set Up Voicemail on Your Android

Not everyone has a personal assistant, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have an easy way to check your messages. The Voicemail app lets you manage, sort, and save messages from your smartphone’s answering machine without having to dial a number or type in a passcode.

How to Set Up Voicemail

  1. Tap the Sprint folder and open Voicemail.
  2. Swipe through the Welcome to Visual Voicemail screens and then tap DONE.
  3. Tap PERSONALIZE. Your phone will automatically dial the voicemail number. Follow the voice prompts to set up your passcode, name, and greeting.
  4. Tap End Call after listening to some brief instructions.

If you want to listen to a voicemail, tap the message and then tap Play.

If you want to erase a voicemail, tap Delete.
