No need to put your coffee down to type that message. Instead, make your keyboard smaller so it’s easier to type with one hand.
To switch to One-handed mode, press and hold the Emoji (or Globe) icon on your keyboard. Then tap the Left (or Right) Keyboard icon to shift the keyboard to one side of the screen.
Your phone’s True Depth camera automatically detects when you’re looking at the display, and adjusts certain settings accordingly. Your phone will dim your display when you’re not looking at it, and lower your ringtone when you’re already looking at it.

To use this feature, press and hold the Power button at the same time as the Volume Up or Down button for two seconds – and then slide the SOS button.
Before using it, customize your settings and add emergency contacts by tapping Settings > Emergency SOS.
Sharing your Wi-Fi connection with visitors or friends can be a hassle. The Wi-Fi sharing feature makes it simple.
First, make sure you and your friend have both added each other as contacts.
On the phone that wants to connect to the network, tap Settings > Wi-Fi and select the Wi-Fi network you wish to connect to. Then, on the device that’s already connected, tap the Share Password prompt when it appears.
